The space Our home is situated on a dead-end street and near the commuter rail. Being near the commuter rail, when the train runs past, it can be a little loud but only briefly. The trains don’t run as frequently as the other T lines, as it is a commuter line. It fully stops running around 12.30 am. Unwind in this quaint and spacious house to yourself with four level of cozy living. The first floor is an open space design from the living room looking through the dining room and fireplace lounge. There are five bedrooms, three on the second floor, one in the walk out basement, and one bedroom on the top level, accessible from inside the first bedroom on the second level. 2.5 bathrooms. An smart tv in the living room and smart tvs in each bedroom. Heating and cooling are easily controlled with Nest. The large backyard is fully fenced with outdoor dining and grilling. Pack and play is available at least 24 hours notice request before the check in time. Private driveway parking for 3 vehicles. Guest access You and your guests will have full access to the entire house, except the storage room marked "Employees Only" which is used to store supplies for our cleaning staff. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or $250 extra cleaning fee will be applied. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No manipulation of the internet or cameras. We have 3 off street parking spots in the driveway. The quiet hour is 9pm to 8am. For safety reasons, please do not move furnitures. Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 11:00AM. We often have to be strict regarding the check-out times so that the cleaning company has enough time to get the house ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for earlier arrival or later departure. Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. It is important to remember to keep pets effectively restrained by a leash when they are out of the house.
