Yet, nestled into a quiet safe uptown neighborhood with 2 bedrooms, a bunk alcove, 6 beds, and 2 baths. Great location close to anywhere in NOLA. Walk to Parade Routes on St Charles and Napoleon and the historic streetcar to the FQ. Walk to Tulane or Loyola, or take an Uber for a quick ride anywhere in the city. Two bedrooms with bonus bunk bed sleeping alcove and 2 bathrooms. This cottage is the place to stay, easily accommodating 6 guests**. Bedrooms: The sleeping arrangements include high-quality linens and plenty of space for guests' belongings. The accommodation features two independent bedrooms and a bunk sleeping alcove. Bedroom one is equipped with a king bed and has an ensuite bathroom. The bunk alcove, which is accessible from bedroom one through the bathroom, contains two extra-long twin beds. Bedroom two includes a queen bed, and there is also a trundle daybed located in the common area to accommodate additional sleeping arrangements. **Kitchen:** Step into a beautifully appointed kitchen featuring all-new stainless steel appliances that blend style and functionality. You'll find an abundance of tableware, glasses, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. However, with the vibrant culinary scene that New Orleans offers, you might be tempted to explore the many inviting restaurants just a short stroll away. For your morning ritual, the coffee station is ready for you, equipped with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, ensuring that you have the perfect brew to start your day. We provide complimentary coffee, an assortment of coffee pods, and various creamers/sweeteners to suit your taste. Should you need to pick up ingredients or snacks, Rouse's Market is conveniently located just a block away. It's the perfect stop for all your grocery needs (Open 7 am - 10 pm, excluding holidays). Living Area: Features ample cozy seating options with two full-size sofas and a 58" 4K Smart TV. Entertainment: 3 Samsung smart TVs are provided. 58" Living Room TV offers Roku, which you can access live TV through the AT&T D stream app. Easily access other apps (i.e. Prime, Hulu, Netflix) with your own username and password. Both bedrooms have a 43-inch smart TV. Free Wi-Fi included. Bathroom: 2 full bathrooms with quality towels, blow dryer as well as toiletries . Washer & Dryer: full-size washer & full-size dryer are provided available for use free of charge. We also offer iron and ironing board for your convenience. Central Air Conditioning and Heating: We have central air conditioning to help keep you cool and comfortable during the warm, New Orleans summers! If you would like to cook out, there is a Weber grill next to the patio area. The entire cottage is accessible with the exception of a small owners closet in the front bedroom and two kitchen cabinets. Dedicated Private driveway parking for 3 single file cars. Once you park your car you won't need to get back into it since the Freret neighborhood is walkable.
