Other things to note Go to the Front Desk during posted business hours to pick up your free parking pass and pickup your key FOBs to access the pool and gym. Keyless digital lock to access the condo. Your unique door code will be messaged to you. Our check-IN time is 4PM and check-OUT time is 10AM. We are located on the second floor. There are elevator and stair access. In some cases, access to your unit may be delayed due to unavoidable housekeeping or maintenance issues. There will be no discounts offered in the case of any necessary late check-ins. We provide starters of shampoo, soaps, tissue, paper towel, soap and detergent. If you need more during your stay, you will need to purchase those separately. Seascape is located in the Maui Sunset Beachfront Resort and is a spacious family friendly complex located in a secluded portion of Waipuilani Park. Maui Sunset Beachfront Resort includes a well maintained swimming pool, spa, regulation tennis courts, fitness center, gas barbecue grills, and picnic facilities. This resort is known for having manicured grounds with healthy, swaying palm trees and colorful, tropical flowers with direct beach access without ever having to cross a main street. You will never run out of things to do while staying at the Maui Sunset Beachfront Resort. Activities include swimming, snorkeling, sailing, or playing volleyball, you’re not too far from the Shops of Wailea as well as the world renowned Kamaole Beaches I, II, III, Charley Young Beach, and Waipuilani Beach Park. Miles of beach from North Kihei to South Kihei is nearly all walkable if you’re up for it! The south side of the beach has tide pool areas – great for hunting crabs, collecting seashells, spotting turtles, and whales during whale-watching season. There is also good snorkeling along several of the reefs. Extra Guests Seascape comfortably accommodates 7 guests. An extra $15 per extra guest per day will apply over max occupancy of 5. (maximum of 7 adults) Please be informed that the condo is NOT childproof. It is your responsibility to supervise and monitor your child’s activities in your care. Please be aware of the dangers of swimming pools, hot tubs, and lanais. BEACH GEAR: We provide beach gear and beach toys as a courtesy to our guests. However, it is your responsibility to inspect and familiarize yourself with proper equipment use prior to using them. There may also be toys and equipment left from previous guests. Enjoy at your own risk and discretion. By using the equipment, toys, gears and supplies provided and the facilities, you are releasing the owners of the condo from all liabilities associated with and hold them harmless. NO Parties, NO Smoking, Vaping, or Illegal Substances, NO Pets allowed. Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risk: By reserving and staying at the Property, you acknowledge and accept that your stay involves risks that may result in serious injury or death. These risks include, but are not limited to, drowning, slips, trips, falls, cuts, adverse weather, actions of other guests or visitors, and the condition of the Property or its equipment. Other known or unknown risks may also result in injury or death. In consideration of being permitted to rent and stay at the Property, you agree—on behalf of yourself, your family, your guests, and any minors in your care—to assume all risks. You further agree to release and hold harmless the host/owner, its members, agents, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all liability or claims arising from your stay.
