We are very close to the trendy, historic town of Paia, with restaurants, galleries, boutiques and more. The cottage is a stroll away from the Kuau Store deli and the #1 rated beachfront restaurant on Maui, Mama’s Fish House. The space Menehune Cottage has a patio area with outdoor table/chairs and gas bbq to fully enjoy easy outdoor living in the balmy evenings. The interior of the cottage is fun, friendly and colorful, an inviting “home away from home”, full of the spirit of Aloha. There are two bedrooms: #1 - spacious room with queen bed. This room has "room style" A/C. With the windows and door closed it will cool the room to 72F. #2 - queen bed with a large sliding door that can be opened for great air flow. The cottage has full bathroom with shower, but most guests love the hot/cold outdoor shower. The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious and comfy. Guest access To fully enjoy Maui, you need to have a rental car. We have two parking spaces at the cottage for you. This is NOT a shared space, and the entire cottage and small surrounding yard are entirely for your private use.
