There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a five minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District. Getting Around: Streetcar: We're a 5 min walk to the St. Charles Streetcar which goes to both the French Quarter and Garden District. Driving & Walking Times: Downtown/Warehouse District: 3 minute drive French Quarter: 6 minute drive Garden District: 5 minute drive Superdome: 4 min drive Parking: There's free on-street parking and you’re allowed to park overnight. Other Things to Note: As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back of the house. These are exterior only. Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke. Monday and Thursday morning spa cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Keith comes to check the chemicals and clean the spa and Trevor comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance. Swim at your own risk. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
