Recently updated with new flooring, fresh paint and central air and heat. This quaint little cottage was built in 1964 in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Cook in the retro kitchen surrounded by the original built-in shelving nooks. Also, recently added a dedicated workspace with a desk and printer for your convenience. Join in the fun at the Louisiana Strawberry Festival, or take in all of the antique shops in and around West Pine Street, as you’ll be walking distance from everything! The space This quaint one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage was built in 1964. It sits along the railroad track just three (3) blocks from historic downtown Ponchatoula. The bedroom has one (1) king sized bed and the living room has one (1) queen sized (pullout) sofa sleeper and a futon. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
