Spend a few hours on a cruise or bike ride of the Cape Cod canal. More adventure awaits a short drive over the bridge or head West & explore the notorious Whaling City of New Bedford & loads of coastal farmland. Hike, golf, swim, boat, bike, fish or just relax - something for everyone here at "So Simple"! The space 'So Simple', is a 1920's seaside cottage essentially in all it's original glory! Located on the first floor of my primary residence, with it's own private entrance it boasts a spacious living area with separate bedroom & bath. Oversized couches that are suitable for 2 additional adult guests to sleep! We are pretty quiet & chill, but you my hear occasional footsteps of ours above you. Located directly next to Safe Harbor Marina means there is often a bustle of activity during the height of the summer season of eager boaters coming & going from the docks! If you're looking to sleep the morning away, be advised, this may not be the ideal space for you! It's comfortable, a little quirky - there is a typewriter & record player if you feel like sending a postcard or spinning a few records. It's also withstood over 100 years next to an active boat yard so it's no surprise the floors are noticeably pitched on either side of the center beams & some corners don't square up! Because of it's location & charm, folks often describe it as a "captivating" spot with all the amenities of home! Come stay & play for an overnight escape or longer, there is plenty to do in the Victorian Village of Onset & loads more only a little further afar. It makes a great stop over for those travelling to the Cape & Islands. The ferries are only 30 minutes away....hope to see you soon!
