The resort is famous for being the least dense resort on the west side of maui - with 11 low-rise buildings on 13 acres. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM.
