We have a 55 inch Roku TV for you to enjoy the personalized streaming experience you are accustomed to at home. Roku TV will be in Guest Mode, you can confidently sign in to your subscription channels knowing your sign-in details and any channels you add will be removed automatically on a date you specify, or earlier if you choose. Other things to note The townhouse is a 5 minute walk to the PATH train and HOBOKEN / NJ TRANSIT TERMINAL Ferry (10 minute ride to Manhattan) Conveniently located on a lovely and safe block, there are multiple coffee shops and Washington street's shops and restaurants nearby. PARKING: Street parking is metered (2 hours maximum) during the day from 9 am to 9 pm. Parking is free all day on Sunday. Note: We can provide you with a street parking permit during your stay. This space has been precisely curated to provide the utmost comfort for our guests during their travels. Kindly note that to maintain a peaceful ambiance, we do not permit parties, photo shoots, video shoots or other business activities. Please be aware there is a Minut device installed in the living room which does not record audio but actively monitors for high decibel levels, crowds and cigarette smoke in order to prevent parties, damage or neighbor complaints.
