Located on the Southern edge of East Village, The Capitol House is walking distance to everything downtown Des Moines has to offer! You can pick up the river path at the end of our block and it’s under a mile to Principle Park, Farmer’s market, East Village shopping and Court Ave food/drinks. Enjoy a view of the Capitol Building from the front yard or cross the street to enjoy the Disc golf course, park and splash pad with your kids or furry family members! The space All 3 bedrooms and the full bath are located upstairs. The downstairs is spacious with an open kitchen, dining room and living room. The half bath is on the first-level, just off the entry way. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house, including the front yard, driveway and back patio/yard.
