The Lele Penthouse is a spacious four bedroom two level condominium suite on a shared property with an open floor plan featuring high vaulted ceilings and large windows throughout allowing an abundance of natural light in. The Lele Penthouse also features 2 half baths, a large living room area, a sitting room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A wrap-around deck surrounds the ocean facing side of the penthouse including a BBQ and dining lanai, and a secluded whale watching deck on the loft level. Three of the bedrooms each have a private entrance to the pool area in the back yard. The penthouse will sleep up to 16 guests. Each bedroom has two beach towels and each bathroom has two bath towels, two hand towels and two face towels. One initial set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are provided in each bathroom. Large travel groups can gather in the living room, family room and grand dining room. Dine outside on the lanai with a gas grill or enjoy sunset cocktails from the third level ocean view lanai. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, pantry, glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, baking trays, drip coffee maker, toaster, instant hot water boiler, blender, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Enjoy the conveniences of laundry in the suite with a stackable washer and dryer. Each bedroom, and the living room, has its own air conditioning unit for complete temperature control. The relaxing environment and amenities offered can be your home away from home in paradise. This villa is a tropical oasis only 50 yards from beaches, snorkeling and surfing. Shopping, restaurants, playgrounds, grocery stores, coffee shops, beach volleyball courts, tennis and skate-park are all within walking distance. Charley Young beach is less a 3 minute walk down the street along with Cove Park, a popular spot for beginner surfers and SUP. There is another "secret" beach, less than a 2 minute walk across the street!
