The space *30 Day Minimum Stay Cozy, peaceful, and centrally-located studio with kitchenette (living space 120sf or 12sqm) and (balcony 40sf or 4sqm) similar to a small hotel room. The unit’s private balcony overlooks the Ala Wai canal. The Studio comes with a queen-sized memory foam bed and is supplied with cotton bedding and towels, ba rand new kitchenette with cooking amenities, a desk with outlets built in for remote work, and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Full bath & separate sink area and a good-sized closet. High-speed wifi & all utilities are included. This cozy space is well equipped with what you need for your stay on the island.. enjoy the cozy and comfortable interior space and spill out to your private balcony furnished with seating to enjoy the view and the breeze. For guests coming from farther away (Australia, New Zealand, US East Coast, etc.) and have flights arriving very early or departing late- please consider booking an extra night for your comfort and convenience so you can get early check-in or late check-out. NOTE: the size of the unit can be compared to a small hotel room but is designed in a way that provides ample space for efficiency- with a kitchenette and a desk to work remotely. The balcony is an added plus for a private outdoor space. For couples staying longer than a weekend or a week, this space may feel too tight for an extended period stays. There is a door connecting to another unit giving an option to open this unit up to make it a 2 bedroom rental. This door similar to adjoining rooms in hotels are double locked and only the property manager is able to unlock ensuring privacy for all guests. Other things to note Parking is not available, there are public pay parking garages or street parking nearby. Lost Key or Locked Out Fee: We provide 2 sets of keys during your rental. One is in the lockbox and another is in your unit. We suggest that you put the set back in the lockbox after you let yourself in and use the set of keys provided in the unit during your stay. This way, you have a spare in case you misplace the keys or lock yourself out. Our island co-host does not live on the property and will have to travel to you in these cases. We will charge $125 if we have to meet you at the property to let you in or provide replacement keys.
