The house is minutes away from downtown Polson and just a few spaces down from the Shoe Bar and Grill. Two Kayaks and life jackets are on site (these can be used at own risk). The space This home has been beautifully renovated for modern taste. The granite and tile throughout makes this home feel like a true Montana gem. Guest access This home is available in it's entirety. Other things to note All occupants use the decks, stairs, path to the lake, dock and boat lift at users own risk. All is maintained, but due to terrain not all risks can be mitigated. This property is lakefront. As with any shoreline property beware water conditions can change rapidly without warning. Users of any water equipment on the premises do so at their own risk. Exterior security cameras are on site.
