This place boasts a huge porch swing, backyard has BBQ, picnic table, fire pit & playset. ✨Clean, cute & convenient. ✨ 2 blocks from the fair, easy to find, 3 miles to downtown, fully stocked kitchen, 4 beds & a couch. The space This is a fun space that we created with families/small groups in mind! Kids are welcome, pets are welcome. We wanted to provide a place that feels homey and has character. ☺️ The accent wall TV is mounted on is wood we saved during demo, it was the original pantry in the basement! We wanted to honor the old while making it new. This is an old house-repurposed and brought back to life. Renovated basement into livable space, there’s a queen, 2 fulls, a TV and hammock swing down there now. We personally did all the work on this place and hope you love it! Bathroom has tub/shower combo. Play structure, grill and fire pit in backyard with camping chairs to chill outside with the whole group. We do allow gatherings, bday parties etc, the backyard is a great space for this! Please inquire with me about this prior to booking. Add ons: Hosting an event: $75 Decorating for bday, bridal shower etc: $40 Early check in/late out in excess of 1hr $35 if available Pets (dog/cats only) $40 each *high shed breed dogs or excessive hair left behind are double pet fee. Additional last minute people not indicated on reservation: $20/each Guest access The entire house, driveway a and spacious backyard is yours! Other things to note There is one bedroom (and couch) on the main level. The other 3 beds are downstairs, through the bathroom. If this is a problem for you, please don’t book. Sleeps 8 in beds but you are welcome to bring an air mattress. Outdoor noise must be kept to minimum after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors. Unauthorized party/excessive guests: $250 fine
