Other things to note After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking. County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely. We love kids ! We have lots of items for families ranging from pack and play, high chair/booster, bed rails, baby monitors, swim vests, even a toddler toilet ring and kids kitchen utensils. IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
