Island Grove is the place to be, tennis and in proximity to the Island-favorite Morning Glory Farm and the bike path to Edgartown Village, and South Beach. Our home features three bedrooms (king, queen, two twins), deck w/awning, A/C, and an easy bike ride to town or beach. Quiet, relaxing and close to the best of Edgartown and the Vineyard. This cozy, air-conditioned saltbox-style home blends classic island charm with modern comfort, featuring wide variable-length pine floors, exposed beam ceilings, and two decorative fireplaces that create a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Please note: An additional adult bunk bedroom (sleeping up to 10) is available by request only and requires an additional cleaning fee and upcharge. Step outside and enjoy a peaceful wooded path from the backyard leading directly to Morning Glory Farm, the island’s most beloved farm stand, offering breakfast sandwiches, coffee, baked goods, fresh meats, dairy, and prepared foods. The path also connects to the bus stop and bike path for easy access to town and the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day, savor meals on the covered back deck, and grill fresh local seafood on the Weber gas grill. We’ve stocked the home to make your vacation effortless. The large shed includes beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, a rolling cooler, and a bike pump, and you’re welcome to store bikes, kayaks, and other gear there as well. Inside, enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV with Netflix, and a 55” 4K TV with Blu-ray player. A second upstairs TV also offers smart features and Blu-ray access. Extra HDMI ports are available if you bring your own devices. A convenient charging station with 10 powered USB ports is located on the first-floor desk (just bring your cables). You’ll also find an iPad and a well-stocked DVD library, including plenty of kids’ favorites. The home stays comfortable year-round with a state-of-the-art mini-split A/C system, or you can open the windows to enjoy the refreshing island breeze. We offer a pack ’n play, highchair/booster seat, and bathroom stools at no extra charge. Kitchen & Amenities Fully equipped with a microwave, electric range/convection oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, toaster oven, Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, electric hand mixer, and hair dryer. Downtown Edgartown and South Beach are an easy bike ride (under 15 minutes at a relaxed pace). Two tennis courts are just a five-minute walk away. Located on quiet, paved roads, “Wildest Dreams” is ideal for a peaceful family vacation. We’re always reachable by email or phone, and a local caretaker is available for any urgent needs. Guest access There is a long, private driveway available for guests. The inside garage is for the owner’s use only, please do not enter. Thank you Other things to note The beaches in Edgartown and Oak Bluffs do not require beach passes or parking permits. This includes South Beach, Fuller Street Beach, State Beach, and the "famous" Ink Well. Martha's Vineyard is one of the world's best fishing locations. Fish from the surf, charter a boat, or walk along some of our fresh and saltwater ponds. The annual month-long Striped Bass and Bluefish Derby in the early fall is renowned as one of the ultimate tests of fishing prowess.
