As you walk through the door and see the deep blue ocean waves off the lanai, you know you have arrived in paradise! From the large private lanai, relax in the sea breeze watching sea turtles swim in tide pools directly below, dolphins doing flips right offshore, whales when in season and awesome nightly sunsets!" Fourth Floor, very private condo/lanai . . . also located mid-building, so great blockage from any road noise in the guest bedroom! (Have the pool and also building one between condo and road) We now have two lounge chairs on lanai (only one at time of photos) (Mini-Split air conditioning with single blower in living room area. No separate blower in guest bedroom.) All spaces in condo and resort Aloha! This condo is a self check in and self check out unit. We try to leave guests everything they need (other than food or beverages) to have an amazing and relaxing stay. In case of a problem, or questions, guests can contact the on-island manager for a quick response. Late and overnight contact should be for emergencies only please. In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional. If any of that gear is lost or broken, please dispose of, but no need to replace on our account. Mahalo!
