Luxury modern 12th floor penthouse with 2 parking lots, full kitchen, a queen size bed, a sofa with spectacular Diamond head and the ocean views thanks to wide windows and a balcony, and close proximity to the shopping centers and the beach. The space Enjoy the Ocean, Diamond Head and Park View form the living room, bedroom and each balcony!! This penthouse unit has a wide 2 separate balconies and spacious living, kitchen, and bedroom! Comes with 2 free parking spaces. Cost of parking is usually $30 a day in Waikiki. Ala Moana Center, beach,lagoon, bus stop, and Biki station is within walking distance. Compare other hotel rooms. Ours is a spacious top floor penthouse 1 bedroom, but cheaper than hotel manged small studio type room! Big Deal! Guest access You have to check-in at the front desk. Mention your name, the room number you will be staying at. Also, you need to make a payment $25 + Tax (4.712%) as Key Issuance Fee. This payment is for Aqua Palms at Waikiki. It is a different payment. We will charge this cost at your check-in. Other things to note * No pets allowed. If you will bring any service animals, you need to let us know in advance since there are guests and owners who have the allergic problems. If you do not mention about the service animals , your reservation will be canceled. And if we find out the fact after, you will need to pay for the additional cleaning fee as well as other compensation. * Please understand there might be a construction and maintenance in the property. In that case, the guests might not use the pool, landlady and other amenities. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for it and will not compensated for those reason. * The person who makes a reservation has to be over 21 years old.
