Project Details Start Date: Monday, October 27, 2025 Duration: Approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting) Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding weekends & holidays) Noise Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (jackhammering, grinding, and vibration expected) No work: Nov. 27–28 (Thanksgiving & Black Friday) Access: Work performed via swing stage scaffolding; areas below active drops will be closed for safety. During lanai repairs, contractors may secure lanai doors from the outside, leaving no more than a 4" gap for airflow. Pool Closure For safety reasons, the swimming pool will remain CLOSED during the entire duration of the project. The pool area will not be accessible until all exterior work is complete. Other Considerations Keep windows/doors closed and curtains drawn for privacy and dust control. Expect construction dust and vibrations despite safety measures. Some dust is unavoidable.
