House includes beach gear. Chairs, umbrella, beach cart and four (4) Jenkinson's Beach Passes Guest access Access to the entire property is allowed. Custom access code to wifi lock provided prior to arrival. Other things to note Off street parking available, seasonal street parking permits, four (4) Jenkinson's seasonal beach badges included. Central air conditioning, boiler supplied radiant heat on each floor make our home a comfortable stay any time of the year. New for 2022 is an electric golf cart when available for additional fee and insurance requirements.
