You will be renting this entire duplex house (both first floor and second floor) with your desired reservation dates. Come play and stay in our beautiful city by the sea! Tropicana Casino is a short 2 block walk to the right and Caesar, Bally’s, Wild West Casinos a short 4 block walk to the left on the world famous Atlantic City Boardwalk. Boardwalk Hall host to great concerts and shows is only 1 block away! The open air Biergarten bar featuring outdoor games such as jenga and cornhole is just two boardwalk blocks away! Right across from that is the Bungalow Beach bar with dj's spinning all weekend day and night on the beautiful, free lifeguarded Atlantic City beach. Restaurants, Putt Putt Golf, Boardwalk Hall, Beach Bars, Shops and Arcade short walk away. Steel Pier Amusement Park and the brand new Hard Rock Hotel Casino and Ocean Resort Casino is just up the Boardwalk. You can hire a pushed rolling chair or jump on the Boardwalk tram constantly traveling up & down. Short walk to Bus Station and Train. Catch the Jitney one block away or call Uber to go to Borgata, Harrahs and Golden Nugget. Have the Children play on Beach while parents bask in the Sun and if thirsty there are Beach bars a walk to the right or the left. Ride your bikes on the Boardwalk from 6am-noon daily. So much to see and do makes the location perfect for groups or the whole family! Bring your bikes and ride the Boardwalk from 6am-Noon! Outstanding location! No need for a car as the Boardwalk, beach and casinos are out your front door. All beds contain freshly laundered linens. There is a queen bed in two of the bedrooms, two twins each in the third and fourth bedroom and a futon and a twin in the fifth bedroom. Also there is a brand new Raymour & Flanigan sleeper sofa in the living room as well as another comfy couch if needed in a pinch.There is a limited number of towels available but please bring your own if your use alot of them. Outside you will find a hose to rinse off after your day at the beach. Atlantic City does not require beach tags. Eight (8) beach chairs are included at the house. Please bring your own beach towels and other beach items. THERE IS NO SMOKING INCLUDING MARIJUANA ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME. CLEANER WILL NOTE AND WE CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL $200 CLEANING FEE IF THERE IS ANY ODOR IS INSIDE THE HOUSE UPON YOUR DEPARTURE**** NO PARTIES ARE TO TAKE PLACE AT THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME!! 21 AND OLDER FOR ALL GROUP BOOKINGS The host is available immediately to answer any issues via text. No need to walk through the surrounding neighborhood. You are steps to the boardwalk and can walk or tram car south to Ventnor and north to Ocean Casino along the Boardwalk stopping at Caesars, Bally's, Wild Wild West, and Hard Rock Casinos along the way. Convenient uber rides available to visit the Borgata, Harrah's or Golden Nugget in the Marina District. Also Bungalow Beach Bar and the Biergarten AC boardwalk bar are open air bars just a block away! And of course the beautiful lifeguarded Atlantic City Beach steps out your front door! Parking-There is a pay lot on Texas Ave and the Boardwalk (right across the Street!) averaging $10-25/day. Sometimes attendants aren't there. They will leave a note with your car for payment. Or leave cars at the Tropicana for $10/stay for cardmembers $20/stay if not.
