Shopping, parks & walking path within walking distance. Please be aware there are 12 steps down to the apartment. My husband and I live upstairs. The space At the apartment, the first room you will walk into is a large, open living room/office area. There is a doorway to your left and behind you, which will take you to bedroom 1. As you look forward, and to your right, there is an opening to the kitchen and just after that is the doorway to bedroom 2. Bedroom 1 has a dresser and a closet under the stairs which has a shelf and rod for hanging clothes. Bedroom 2 has shelves in the closet for clothes as well as a rod for hanging clothes. Both bedrooms have suitcase holders in the closet as well. The kitchen is an L shape with the countertop eating area and the fridge to your left as you walk in. In front of the fridge, the area opens up to your right. The stove, microwave, sink and dishwasher are all on one wall. You enter the bathroom from the kitchen. The bathtub/shower is on the left as you walk in the door with the vanity directly in front of you and the toilet to the left of the vanity. Guest access As you go through the exterior door, the stairs down to the basement will be directly in front of you and the apartment door is at the bottom of the stairs. Everything inside of the apartment is your space. At the apartment door, there is another door to the left which goes to the laundry room. We also use the laundry room so that is a shared area. There is a storage room accessible from the laundry room and the entry way by the laundry room door. These doors are marked and are not for use of the guest.
