Unlike a hotel room there is no separate temperature control just for this apartment. - No party is allowed anytime. Quiet time from 10pm to 7am. - Please do not plug any extra appliances other than the appliances provided by owner. Because the limited electrical capacity, extra appliance will trigger the breaker easily. - Guests who request long term stay need to provide their photo ID and work ID/student ID before booking, or 72 hours before checking in. If the guests refuse to provide their ID, host has the right to cancel the booking. - Please check out on time. Unauthorized late check out fee will be $50 mandatory. If you stay unauthorized more than two hours after checking out time, you will be responsible to pay that day's base rate without discount. This fee doesn't award you the possession of the property for the day. If you want to extend your stay, you still need to request it through Airbnb formally.
