This home is brand new and was completed in the Fall of 2019. The home is incredibly designed with an open-concept living and kitchen that flows seamlessly. The space The master suite is on the main floor and has a welcoming fireplace to sit by after a long day on the slopes or after a long hike in the park. The master suite has an attached bathroom, a king bed with wall wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms and a jack and jill bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a comfortable reading chair looking west to the mountains. Cedar Pointe subdivision is located right along the banks of the Flathead River. Bring your fly rods and explore one of the most scenic and iconic rivers in all of Montana. Landscaping will be complete by the Spring of 2020. There is a double-car garage as well. There is air conditioning in the upper two bedrooms, and two portable a/c units on the main level. A screen in front of the fireplace has been added for more privacy. The home is perfectly located just blocks from the restaurants and shops in beautiful Columbia Falls. Just 10 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the west entrance of Glacier National Park, and 30 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort. We have a 60-day cancellation policy.
