Located in the heart of a small Balkan community, walking distance to public transportation as well as downtown shopping area. There are Balkan, Chinese and Latin eateries and a convenience store on the same block. There is a laundromat directly across the street. There is one shared bathroom, no A/C. I own the building and manage the property myself. If you are interested or have any further questions feel free to ask! The space This is a shared apartment each has their own individual room who are mainly long term guests. Majority of the guests have very busy schedules and are working and out and about most of the day. During your stay I try to make it on site 2-3 times a week but I can be reached on my cell phone anytime.
