The shady and spacious yard makes for a nice break from the hot summer days at the beach. The property is steps to Cape Cod beach or less than 1 mile to the National Seashore Ocean beaches. Beach access is via a private stairway 100 yards from the house or a two minute walk to a public beach that has parking options. The Cape Code rail trail is an amazing biking option and is accessible less than 1/2 mile from the house. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, provide positive proof of identity and security deposit.
