The space 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with all the essentials including: -Fresh linens and towels -Kitchen with all the basics -Wifi -Heating and air conditioning -Access to Washer & Dryer -Coffee and tea selection -50` Samsung Smart TV with Netflix for streaming shows and movies -Shampoo, body wash, and hand soap -Hairdryer, iron, and more Room details: Kitchen area- table with 4 chairs, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, plates, mugs, bowls, utensils, pots and pans, cutting board Master Bedroom (sleeps 2)- Queen size bed, night stands, blackout shades, and Smart TV Bathroom- bath tub/shower, medicine cabinet, toilet, sink Guest access: You will have the entire apartment to yourself and we offer self check-in any time after 4 pm. Early check-in may be available if no one is staying the night before for an additional $50. We will let you know the evening before your arrival if early check-in is available. This unit is on the 4th floor of a walk-up building. There is no elevator. There are exterior stairs into the property. Other things to note -You must climb stairs at this property -There is no on site parking. We will send you a list of nearby paid garages with your check-in instructions. -Pets are welcome. However, there is a one time fee of $150 per stay for cleaning. This will be charged thru the resolution center prior to your arrival. Failure to comply will result in access not permitted to the property. You`ll have access to the entire apartment with entry to the building and the condo controlled by keypad locks. I`m reachable on the Airbnb system 24/7 . In the event of snow fall, all locations are equipped with a snow shovel and white bucket with salt for the ground. It is the responsibility of each guest to utilize these and mitigate the snow on paths and driveways during their stay. On our larger properties and apartment buildings, this may not be applicable as commercial snow removal processes are in place. Thank you!
