The historic cottage is well equipped with gas range and oven, large fridge/freezer, cookware /dishware/tableware, some cooking basics, dishwashing liquid, bath towels, bed linens and comforters. There is a terrace w outdoor furniture for guests. The owners live in the Carriage Barn on the property. The natural environment is interesting with miles of hiking and biking from the doorstep. The town of Petersham has Norman Rockwell type charm and features a great Country Store. Amherst is a beautiful 40 minutes drive over the top of the Quabbin Reservoir domain. Guest access The whole cottage will be available for you to enjoy, as well as the hundreds of acres of land surrounding. The main house that is further down the road is closed to guests.
