One lot off the beach with ocean views and 4 blocks from Jenkinson's boardwalk. Spring 2023 update - An amazing kitchen renovation has just been completed. Now the perfect centerpiece to a house made for entertaining friends and family. All guests must be 28 years of age. The space The home is intended for friends and families to get together for laughs and relaxation. The pool / backyard is a particularly beautiful place to spend a nice summer day. Inside, the house has 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 2 down) and can sleep 10 people comfortably. Other things to note The house features a large driveway which accommodates 4-5 cars, so no need to worry about on-street parking. We really strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at our home. For that reason, we find that families and groups seeking that type of experience tend to make the best fit. Until we find a better means of evaluation, those responsible for booking should all be 30+ years of age.
