A fold away twin mattress is also available. Cottage is handicapped accessible via custom lighted ramps constructed by previous owner for handicapped spouse. Unusual double bathroom flanking sleeping area which provides for private dressing areas for 2 people. Garage has private Queen bed, bath, balcony & kitchenette. The entire premises is for the exclusive use of the registered guest and their invited family members or friends. Registered guests must be in residence and accompanying family and friends. Guests will have their own dedicated caretaker on call 24/7 to respond to all questions, issues, and concerns - and will have prompt response from either caretaker or owner. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. 'Sconset is a historic fishing village with beautiful rose covered cottages at the EASTERN-most part of the island - 7 miles from Nantucket harbor and accessible via bus, taxi, bicycle, Uber & car. Our cottage, known as "MOBILE HOME" is approximately 3/4 mile from the center of 'Sconset Village - which hosts seasonable restaurants, including the world famous Chanticleer restaurant, The Summer House, The 'Sconset Cafe, the 'Sconset Market, a liquor store, art galleries, gift shop, post office and twice-hourly bus to town. You are a short walking distance to the Sankaty Lighthouse and 'Sconset beaches with public beach access and childrens' playground. The cottage is right off the bike path and there is a bus stop to and from town directly west of the property on Sankaty Road. Public bus to town is twice hourly with the main 'Sconset bus stop approx. 3/4 mile away - and there is a local bus stop right outside the property on Sankaty Road. Also, the cottage is right across the street from the bike path. This house is right off Baxter Road, home of some of the most beautiful ocean front houses on the island- and a short walk to the public beach access.
