Expansive Bayfront w/ Heated Saltwater Pool & Dock

Expansive bay front home designed for luxury, privacy, and convenience. You'll enjoy water views from almost every room. Five of the seven bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, allowing for large groups to stay together and still maintain their privacy. The spacious kitchen is well stocked and has an assortment of high end appliances allowing for guests to host large meals. Heated salt water pool (open April 1st through October 31st). Roof top deck. Docks. Too many amenities to list. The space Our home has seven bedrooms. Five bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, the other two share a hall bathroom. 1st Floor - (1) King Suite, (1) Bunk Suite 2nd Floor - (2) King Suites, (1) Bunk Suite, (1) King, (1) Queen (Each bunk suite has two sets up bunk beds that are twin over full with twin trundles; 6 beds in each room.) Guest access Your welcome email will include a temporary access code that is specific to the dates & times of your reservation. This code operates the electronic keypad at the front door. Other things to note Shortly after booking you'll receive a welcome email with all of the information you will need for your stay. (It's more than we can include on this page.) Parking - We have 5 spaces at our home. Additional street parking is available on the side streets. Beach Badges - We provide 15 seasonal beach badges. These are required for individuals 13 and older from the middle of June through Labor Day. Linens - We provide pillows, comforters, bath towels etc. We have negotiated a discounted rate with a local vendor for guests who wish to rent linens. Our welcome email will include a link to an order form. Recreational Amenities - We provide the following items at our home: (4) Beach Cruisers, (2) Stand-up Paddle Boards, (10) Beach Chairs, (2) Crab Traps, (1) Beach Umbrella, (1) Beach Cart, etc. Dock - You're welcome to use our dock if you're bringing or renting a boat. Toiletries/Consumables - We provide a basic initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, & dishwasher pods. Guests are responsible for providing any additional items they may require during their stay. Water Safety - Our home is located on the bay and has a heated swimming pool.  Please keep a close eye on any children and ensure life vests are utilized if entering the bay. Trash & Recycling - Full instructions are in the welcome email. Two major points: 1) All recyclables must be put in the can loose (can't be in a trash bag). 2) Do not park any cars in front of the trash container bin or the municipal workers will not pick it up.
