The resort amenities are 2 outdoor swimming pools, picnic/BBQ area, 2 outdoor hot tubes, outdoor children's pool and exercise equipment. Guest access You have an entire apartment for yourself and access to all resort facilities. Other things to note This is timeshare resort, no daily housekeeping, no breakfast. All bookings must be made in 7-night blocks, with arrivals and departures Friday, Saturday or Sunday only. TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) of approximately US$100 per week, depending on the apartment type, needs to be paid to the resort directly on departure. This tax is imposed by the state government in Hawaii and subject to change.
