(We will provide a 25% DISCOUNT off the daily rate for the days it is down or partially down). We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects. Beach Chairs & Towels are provided in the suite and should you have a special request whilst staying with us, our property manager and guest host will always try and accommodate you. Waikiki can sometimes experience power outages or interruption to services such as internet and phone. These things are out of our control, and while we do our utmost to provide every guest with an uninterrupted visit to our property, we are not responsible for issues beyond our control and refunds will not be issued.
