The beach is just a short bike ride or 3-minute drive away. Come enjoy the perfect beach vacation! The space The Beach Plum House, built in 2003, is a large cape cod-style home on 1.5 acres with 6 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, and a sunny south facing deck. The open plan first floor has a sizable living room, dining room, and fully applianced kitchen (and Butler's pantry) equipped with dishwasher and laundry (washer & dryer). The front of the home greets you with an open sunny (south facing) porch, and a sizable deck, equipped with a grill, with access to the dining room and kitchen, perfect for outdoor eating and entertaining. The first floor has a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath with whirlpool jacuzzi tub and walk-in tiled shower. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom serves as the second master with a queen bed and an en-suite bath with tub/shower and walk-in closet. The second floor also has an open loft den area with a game/card table. The other two bedrooms on this floor share a full bath with tub/shower and two sinks. One bedroom has two twins and the other has a king bed. The finished walk-out lower level has a second TV room/den, 2 large bedrooms, and a full bath with tub/shower. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has a king bed. This Truro vacation rental has cable TV and wireless high-speed internet. In addition, Beach Plum house is air-conditioned with window units. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the outdoor spaces including the deck and fire pit out back.
