Cooktop with over the counter oven. The space Place is a single-level located on the first floor. You enter into the living area, walk through the corridor with beds and bathrooms on both sides. The place gets plenty of light and fresh air as there are many windows on every side of this home. The place has no parking, but street parking is free and there are many free public parking lots next to the house. We guarantee that there are no parking issues or we will cover any ticket you may receive. The place comes with all the furniture shown in the images. There is some scope of noise from the upper floor. The following is supplied with the place. The consumables are only provided for 10 days. For stays longer than 10 days, you may have to buy some supplies. Kitchen: - All basic cooking utensils - Cups and plates for 12 people - Silverware - Coffeemaker, but no coffee - Convection oven with toaster - Dishwasher & dish soap - Salt & pepper Bathrooms: - Body wash - Shampoo & conditioner - Tissue paper - Hand soap - Towels Bedrooms: - Pillows - Bedsheets - Comforters General: - Iron & iron board - Vacuum cleaner Guest access During your stay, you have access to the entire first floor with its own entrances. All the basic amenities are provided for. The kitchen is well setup. The gas cooktop has four strong burners. There is also an over the counter convection oven combined bread-toaster. If you need something else that we think can be useful for the house, we can order for you. We request that you leave your shoes in the living area or in the back; the house is clean enough to walk bare-feet. Other things to note We want to re-emphasize that our house is not a party or event place. If you booked the place for 4 family members, there should only be maximum 4 members at any time in the house. If a few more family members want to join you later on, you will need to inform the host and get approval. For any unapproved guest in advance, we charge $50 per guest per day additional. For any unapproved get-together, we charge $500 per get-together for ten or less people and $50 per guest additional for more than ten people. If you do decide to have a quiet get-together, it must be preapproved by the host in advance. Please know there is a small charge per additional guest per day. Please reach out to the host for the get-together related rules. The price shown is for a family group. For a group of unrelated people, please reach out to host to discuss the booking and price. For any long term stay (2 week or more), we only provide consumable supplies such as paper and condiments to get you started; eventually you will need to purchase your own supplies. For any lost and found, we will try our best to retrieve and ship, but we cannot take any responsibility. If we do find the lost item, we can ship, but we charge $100 + any postal charge. Please understand, it takes a considerable amount of time to retrieve and ship the items back. Regarding late night checkin, the home is setup for a remote checkin and we can only provide a limited support. If you are going to check in after 9pm, please make sure you have all the information ahead of time. If you fail to checkin, at the most, we can refund you one night hotel stay at the rate not more than $200 a night. Lastly, please understand that you are booking a house, not a hotel (which may have backup systems). Systems in a house sometimes do have issues that require addressing. For example a hot water heater may stop working. We promise a prompt response for urgent issues - within 24 hours - and address the issue depending on contractor availability within 24 to 72 hours. Additionally: - If we must refund you for any relocation, we would do so at the rate not more than $200 a night for actual days/nights affected. - If you would rather cancel the booking due to a severe issue, you would only need to pay for the days lived. - For non-urgent issues that you can live with, we do not offer any partial refund. - For issues that arise out of the character of the home, we cannot carry out any upgrades to suit your taste; please check in advance of booking that the home meets your needs.
