Whether you’re coming to Boston on holiday or for work, you and your family will be comfortable in this renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with an oversized back yard and free parking. Our home is pet friendly and our spacious backyard is partially fenced so that your pets can play and run around. Our home includes a Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a king-size bed, ample storage space, his and her closet, a dresser, and lots of natural sunlight. The Guest Bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, closet, chest of drawer, and a large window that faces our backyard. This bedroom is conveniently located right next to the guest bathroom which includes a spacious bathtub, shower, and large vanity. The Living Room/Dining Room is an open concept. The Living room hosts a futon that can be converted into a bed to fit an extra person, and a red couch large enough to be used as a bed for one more person. There is a 50” Smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix. You’re also more than welcome to log into any of your own applications. The Internet is fast and reliable. The Dining area is conveniently located close to the kitchen and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, a large island, and all the necessary supplies for a home-cooked meal. We provide complimentary coffee & tea for our guests. Attached to the kitchen, is a fully furnished outdoor floating deck where you can enjoy chirping sounds of birds with your morning coffee or an evening drink under the stars. The Laundry Room is in the basement foyer and is available for guests staying 7 days or more. Guests staying 6 days or less can access the laundry room for an additional fee. Please contact our property manager for more information. The Backyard is extremely spacious and equipped with a picnic table and a hammock perfect for an afternoon nap. It’s also mostly fenced to allow your pets to roam freely with you. This is the only shared space with our tenant that lives in the basement level suite. Guest are granted up to 2 complimentary parking spots in our driveway. Any additional vehicles can park on the curb located right in front of our house. Gautam, my property manager, is available to my guest 24/7. You can contact him for anything through the Airbnb Inbox or via his phone number provided once you confirm your reservation. Besides the convenience to the city of Boston, Quincy and the local area have plenty to offer. Here are some of the highlights: - Blue Hills Reservation (1 mile away) is a 6,000 acre state park which will impress any outdoor enthusiast. It also has a man made beach and an area to grill. Skiing is available here during the winter - Wollaston Beach is a 7 minute drive or Uber ride. A public beach along Quincy Shore Drive which offers 2.5 miles of clean sand, swimming, lifeguards, free parking, a bathhouse with public restrooms, children’s playground equipment, restaurants and local activities - Quincy center (1.5 miles away) is full of restaurants, bars, lounges and other entertainment - Granite Links & Presidents Golf Club are 2 miles away Highlights a little further away: - Cape Cod's famous beaches are only about an hours drive away - The white mountains are only a couple hours drive north Interstate 93 is under a minute drive from the property and you can be downtown in just 15 minutes by car. There is a public train stop in Quincy Center (red line) and you can be downtown in just six stops. The train station is about 1.5 miles away from the property (5 min Uber or 25 minute walk). Heading somewhere else? Reach out for suggestions on the best local route. We only allow a maximum of up to 6 guests. Your reservation should show the correct occupancy upon booking. While staying with us, please refrain from moving the furniture around since this could damage both the furniture and our floors. As noted prior, our laundry room is available for stays longer than 7 days. Laundry access for shorter stays will require an additional fee. We welcome your furry friends (pets)! You must disclose the number of pets you plan on bringing with you. While staying with us, please keep your pets off all furniture and beds. We provide pet beds and bowls for your convenience. For the safety of your pet, always have them on a leash while in the driveway or the front of the house. Please pick up after your pets and dispose trash properly. There is a $50.00 pet fee per pet. You will be financially responsible for any damages done to the property and/or furniture.
