The space Welcome to your private first-floor apartment! You’ll enjoy exclusive use of the entire main-level unit, complete with your own private entrance and exit. Please note that the property also includes a separate basement apartment with its own independent entrance. While your apartment is completely private, the driveway (one designated parking space), backyard, and laundry room are shared with guests staying in the basement apartment. We kindly ask everyone to be respectful of these shared spaces to help ensure a comfortable stay for all. Master Bedroom Relax in the spacious primary bedroom featuring a comfortable king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, two large closets, a dresser, and plenty of natural light. Guest Bedroom The cozy guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, closet, chest of drawers, and a large window overlooking the backyard. It is conveniently located next to the guest bathroom, which includes a full-size bathtub, shower, and oversized vanity. Living & Dining Area The open-concept living and dining space is perfect for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 50-inch Smart TV by logging into your own streaming accounts. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home, and the dining table comfortably seats up to six guests. Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a spacious island, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided to help you start your mornings. Step outside to the attached deck, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Backyard The shared backyard is a great place to relax, featuring a picnic table, hammock, and a partially fenced area. If you’re traveling with pets, we ask that you remain mindful of other guests enjoying this shared outdoor space. Other Details to Note * Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. * The driveway, backyard, and laundry room are shared with guests staying in the separate basement apartment. Please be courteous and respectful when using these areas. * Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone on the property. * Please do not rearrange furniture, as this may damage the furnishings or flooring. * We welcome up to 2 pets per stay. A $50 pet fee per pet applies. Please let us know how many pets will be joining you. * For the comfort of future guests, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Pet bowls are provided for your convenience. * For your pet’s safety, please keep them leashed while in the shared driveway or front yard, clean up after them promptly, and dispose of waste properly. * Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities that occurs during their stay. Guest access Guest are granted up to 1 complimentary parking spots in our driveway. Any additional vehicles can park on the curb located right in front of our house. Other things to note We only allow a maximum of up to 6 guests. Your reservation should show the correct occupancy upon booking. While staying with us, please refrain from moving the furniture around since this could damage both the furniture and our floors. As noted prior, our laundry room is available for stays longer than 7 days. We welcome up to two furry friends (pets)! You must disclose the number of pets you plan on bringing with you. While staying with us, please keep your pets off all furniture and beds. We provide pet bowls for your convenience. For the safety of your pet, always have them on a leash while in the driveway or the front of the house. Please pick up after your pets and dispose trash properly. There is a $50.00 pet fee per pet. You will be financially responsible for any damages done to the property and/or furniture.
