We are just five minutes away from both the bay beaches and the National Seashore. This home has 4 attractive bedrooms and two updated bathrooms. On the first floor, there are two queen bedrooms, living room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, full bath, and a sunny family room. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, a full bath, 3 twins and a queen bed. Outside, the deck has an outdoor shower and a gas grill. Enjoy high speed WiFi, 3 TVs, cable, and a basement full of games for rainy days. The space Meadow Breeze is located at 175 Meadow Drive. It is one of five of our family owned Summer Breeze Cape Cod vacation rentals in Eastham. The house is on a lovely cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood ideal for walking with the children just a mile away from the bay side beaches and convenient to the National Seashore. This spacious, air conditioned home has four attractive, generously sized bedrooms leaving plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out. On the first floor, there are two queen sized beds, newly renovated bathroom, living room, and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The second floor offers two more bedrooms with a new full bath, 3 twin beds, and another queen size bed. We have towels and sheets available for your use, or you may choose to rent, or bring your own. We do have a washer and dryer, and we would ask that you wash, dry and fold any of our linens you use. Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining, outdoor shower to wash the sand away, and a Weber gas grill for your dining pleasure. Purchase lobsters at Maurice's or create a classic New England clambake! Enjoy a game of corn hole, or volleyball, in our spacious back yard. Our house is within a half mile of Cape Cod's Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading and evening strolls. Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away. Drive less than half an hour to Province town or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants. Explore the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the Outer Cape or a flea market.
