The space This updated townhouse has two private outdoor spaces and outstanding views of the cities of Boston and Cambridge. This is a historic townhouse, so be prepared to walk a lot of steps - vertical living at its finest! The space is bright and sunny with multiple living spaces, large bedrooms, lots of workspace and play space. The house sleeps 6 comfortably - with possibility of 1 additional guest with host’s approval. Stay within walking distance to the Freedom Trail, the North End, Boston’s business and medical centers. Guest access Private front yard with chairs and plantings, and private back patio with dining set and plantings. These outdoor spaces are non-smoking. Other things to note Like many townhouses in the City of Boston, our home does not have an on-site dedicated parking spot. There is limited street parking for non-residents Monday-Friday 8am-8pm. Non-residents are free to park on the streets during weekends and weeknights. There are also paid lots within a 10 minute walk. Additionally given the age of this home (circa 1856) all guests accept the stairs are more narrow and steep than contemporary stairs.
