Simple house, with all of the essentials: washer-dryer, central air and heat, wifi, extra blankets, full kitchen, desk, Nespresso, Smart TV, central air and heat, and a shared yard. 2 Beds (one Tempurpedic, one memory-foam topped), sleep 4 persons and the 5th person gets the couch or air mattress! It's a clean, 900 sq. ft., mother-in-law house with the comfortable essentials for a pleasure or business stay: a 70's style kitchen, fully-equipped kitchen; a washer-dryer; a den area with two couches, a simple desk and chair, and Smart TV with Netflix; a full bath; and one bedroom with a double bed topped with memory foam for comfort; and a second bedroom with a queen-sized Tempurpedic mattress. The front yard is fenced in, has a deck, and is shared with another house. It may not have the benefit of an interior decorator (slowly getting there), but it is clean, quiet, and has all of the essentials for a short or long-term stay! The entire house is available. I am usually near by and will be on call during your stay. One of the most charming streets in Lafayette! Walking distance to central downtown restaurants, bars, coffee shops and activities as well as near the University and Saint Street areas. It's a great location for visiting Lafayette! Downtown restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are in walking distance, as is hub City Cycles, which offers bike rentals. There is a bus stop around the corner, and uber is available and generally near by. The yard is shared with a front house. Guests or I may be staying there with other pets.
