There are two additional guest bedrooms, the first has twin beds and the second a king bed. The beds each have doors out to the side porch and share a hall bathroom with a double vanity and a tiled glass-enclosed shower. Second Floor: At the top of the stairs enter into a light-filled, open concept kitchen dining and living area. The kitchen has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and a center island with counter seating for three. The dining area has seating for eight with sliding doors out to the back deck, stairs lead down to the pool area and yard. The living area has a large sectional, flat-screen television and a decorative fireplace. The second set of sliding doors lead to the side deck. A powder room is located at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower. Lower Level: Finished lower level is an ideal setting for rainy day activities, including ping pong, Foosball, board games & books Cabana: Our newly finished cabana is a relaxing space to get out of the sun for a bit, refill your drink or turn the TV on for the kids or a special sport you don't want to miss out on!
