The space The beach is so close you will be pleased with how easy it is to walk back and forth to the house. This updated Cape Cod ranch has a large deck for outdoor entertaining surrounded by professionally landscaped perennial gardens and yard in a private setting. The updated kitchen, leading to a 3-season sunroom, both with cathedral ceilings that are bright with plenty of natural light and sure to please. 3 bedrooms with AC units, 2 full baths, a large outdoor shower, and laundry room all on the same floor contribute to comfortable living. The design of this house offers privacy as the two queen rooms and bathrooms are in separate wings. The house has hardwood floors throughout with freshly tiled bathrooms. As you walk in the front door, you are entering the comfortably furnished living room with recessed lighting along with a wall mounted HD TV. Through the living room is a hallway with a large full bath (tub, walk in shower, large counter with storage and double sinks), a separate laundry room, and Bedroom #1 with a queen bed. To the left of the living room is the open fully equipped kitchen with ample recessed lighting and an island featuring all new kitchen cookware, glassware, bright Fiesta china and plenty of cooking utensils and serving platters. Off the kitchen is the door to the backyard featuring a large outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. There is also an entrance to the bright cathedral ceiling sunroom with seating, dining area, ceiling fan and access to the deck. To the right of the living room are 2 more bedrooms and a full bath with a walk in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and Bedroom #3 has 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed along with a wall mounted HD TV (no cable to this room). The house features coastal decor with art from local artists. Need to work remotely while on the Cape? There are plenty of electrical outlets and work surfaces indoors for charging devices and providing a work friendly environment. There is also an electrical outlet next to the table and chairs outside on the porch for charging devices and working remotely surrounded by nature. This charming home is in a quiet friendly neighborhood, great for walking, biking or jogging. The convenient location is a short drive to downtown Chatham for all the popular village shops and restaurants. Drifters and Pisces Restaurants are located nearby at the end of Pleasant Street. School House Ice Cream is nearby as well. Just a little further down the road is the bike path entrance offering miles of great biking off the corner of RT 28 and Morton Road.
