The space We are located 4 miles south of charming Kailua-Kona Village and directly across from Kona's spectacular Magic Sands Beach. Our tropically decorated and comfortable home away from home is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have newly updated and our home has all the comforts for your vacation stay including, new linens, furniture and full sized appliances. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms and the sound of the ocean can be heard throughout our home. We have upgraded our sleeper sofa to the COZY MATTRESS system which boasts a real bed mattress for a very comfortable nights rest! Be assured that due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Resort Amenities: Take advantage of the many resort style amenities that White Sands Village has to offer such as inviting pool, spa, free tennis courts, pool table, and well manicured tropical grounds. Enjoy meals on your lanai or head down to the covered BBQ area where you can grill your meal on one of three gas grills. Your Hawaiian vacation rental is tropically decorated and perfect for families with a queen sized bed in the primary bedroom, a twin and a full sized bed in the second bedroom and a queen size Cozy Mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full baths, central air, ceiling fans, TV, DVD, WIFI, music and a washer and dryer all add to the comfort and convenience of this ideal condo.Relax in your home away from home with the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night. You will enjoy views of turquoise blue water from both bedrooms in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Our home includes many upgrades including, granite counter tops, hickory cabinets, new full size appliances, a walk in shower and newly tiled floors. At check in you will find a *starter* supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, hand and dish soap. You will find a binder in our unit with directions to the nearest stores to stock up on additional supplies. SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT A security deposit of $200 dollars is required (collected by ABB). Upon your arrival, the security deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be returned to you within fourteen days of your departure providing: • No damage is done to the home or the contents. • No linens, towels or household items are missing or permanently soiled. • House has not been smoked in. • No pets have been on the premises • All keys returned. There is a $25 charge for lost unit keys and $75 for lost pool keys. • All checkout procedures have been followed. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are based on Airbnb’s Strict Cancellation Policy Dates may be changed and a credit given as an option to being charged any cancellation fees. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES CHECK-OUT TIME IS NO LATER THAN 11AM the day you are scheduled to leave. • We must be able to enter the unit in order to clean for the next guest at 11AM. If you do not vacate the premises on time, you will be charged for one night’s stay • DISHES: Prior to check-out, all dishes should be washed and/or dishwasher started • KEYS: Please return unit keys to the kitchen counter and leave the lock box key in the lock box on the door • LAUNDRY: Please strip all soiled laundry from beds and place on the master bed for our cleaners • TRASH: Empty trash cans, clean out any perishables from the refrigerator and remove all trash from premises • EXCESSIVE CLEANING: Any cleaning that needs to be done above and beyond normal cleaning which includes but is not limited to the above items will be deducted from your deposit. There will be a $25 fee for excessive sand that is brought into the condo. It is extremely hard to get all of it cleaned up so please use the shower at the beach or the foot wash on the driveway to wash off any sandy items and bodies • Turn off AC and lights • Sign out of any apps used on the Roku TV ADDITIONAL TERMS • NO PETS are allowed. Guests who bring a pet will forfeit their damage deposit. If additional cleaning is required, including carpet cleaning, costs will be charged to guest. • NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condo or on the lanai. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in the forfeiture of the $200 damage deposit. If additional cleaning is needed to remove odors from the unit, window coverings and/or linens costs will be charged to the tenant. • Any exceptions to the rules as listed here must be approved in advance in a written approval from owners. • All Rules of the White Sands Village Condominium Complex must be followed by all guests.
