Features fully applianced kitchenette, large bathroom with tub and shower, queen sized bed, small table for dining or working, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron/ironing board. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Guest access Entire unit, common laundry in basement. Other things to note After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. If you are bringing your car, parking is available at a private lot 10-15 min walk from the apartment at $250/mo. Please let us know if you will need a parking space we will reserve a space for you. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
