Cute Irish Channel Cottage in NOLA

Come stay at my cozy, cute, and clean two-bedroom home in the Irish Channel neighborhood near Magazine Street and the Garden District. Enjoy the privacy of an entire home, outfitted with a kitchen, bathroom, and basic amenities. On-street parking. It's the perfect spot for visitors looking for a quiet place with easy access to all different parts of beautiful New Orleans, halfway from Downtown in one direction and Tulane University and Audubon Park in the other. The space This adorably quaint, raised house is situated in the middle of the block with a small fenced-in backyard. On a quiet street, you'll be able to make yourself at home among sleek, simple, unpretentious furnishings. There is no private parking space on the property. However there is on-street parking, and usually you will be able to find a spot to park on the same block. PET POLICY: Dogs and/or cats only. You must disclose all animals you may be bringing in the booking request. There will be an additional $25 fee per pet in addition to the already established cleaning fee of $45. This additional fee may come as an amendment for you to accept after your booking is approved. UNDISCLOSED PETS INCUR A FEE OF $50. Guest access Upon entry you will find an open living room and kitchen space with a hallway leading to a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The living room couch also converts to a bed. Through the back bedroom is access to a porch and a backyard. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and on occasion some basic sundries, such as coffee and tea, and cooking spices. You should expect to provide all of your own food though. There is no connected dishwasher appliance. There is wifi access and a smart tv that you can use to log in with your own account to a couple internet entertainment options, e.g. Netflix/Hulu. There is no cable television or live TV service however. There is also a DVD player. Other things to note For the moment, one of the closets is inaccessible, currently used for some storage by myself as the owner. Otherwise, the whole space is open to you! I just ask you to be clean and respectful to the property and the neighbors. If you are staying for any extended time, I can arrange for a cleaning service during the middle of your stay for an extra fee.
