Summer 2026 - Sunday to Sunday Rentals! Our home is minutes from the Heart of Cape May's restaurants and shops. Beach is a 10 minute walk. 3 BDRMS, 2 full baths w/renovated upstairs bathroom, fam room w/flat TV (& Roku), dining for 6. Deck w/table, chairs & gas Weber grill. Park for children across the street. Kitchen w/SS appliances, WiFi and private outdoor shower. While we are a Dog Friendly home (we have 2 of our own), we ask you to walk your dog and not allow in the backyard, thank you! The space This cozy house has a screened/enclosed porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. There is also a private/fenced backyard with a dining table, chairs and gas grill. The house sleeps 6 comfortably with a new king 18in. mattress (deep pocket) in the master bedroom! There is also a blow-up mattress as well as a pack-n-play in the bedroom closet if needed. There is plenty of room to work remotely at the dining room table or the kitchen counter w/WiFi!!! Guest access Guests will be provided the access code prior to arrival. Other things to note SUNDAY to SUNDAY WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY - JUNE THRU EARLY SEPTEMBER We DO NOT provide Sheets, Pillow Cases or Towels!!! There are extra pillows and blankets available. Ductless AC in each bedroom. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, beach tags are required. We provide 6 tags for your use. Please be sure to place them back in the dish on the counter next to the toaster prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in paying the replacement cost for each tag missing along with a service fee to have replaced. We also rent a beach box (Memorial day to Labor day) that you will have access to use during your stay (locked not provided). Keep your chairs/umbrellas/shovels etc. locked away for the week instead of lugging back and forth! We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and trash bags upon arrival but you may need to purchase additional items. While we are a pet friendly home, it is crucial that you follow a few simple rules. 1. Please walk your dog. New sod was laid in the backyard and trying to avoid dead grass and urine stains. Thank You! 2. No dogs allowed on the bed or furniture! Be considerate of other guests who may have allergies or not want dog hair on the bed.
