Beach is a 12 minute walk. 3 BDRMS, 2 full baths w/renovated upstairs bathroom, fam room w/flat TV (& Roku), dining for 6. Deck w/table, chairs & gas Weber grill. Park for children across the street. Kitchen w/SS appliances, free WiFi and private outdoor shower. Dogs Welcome (PRIVATE FENCED YARD) - PET FEE $30/NIGHT FOR 1 DOG $40/NIGHT FOR 2 - NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. CHARGED SEPARATELY! This is a cozy house with a screened/enclosed porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. There is also a private/fenced backyard with a dining table, chairs and gas grill. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. There is also a blow-up mattress as well as a pack-n-play in the bedroom closet if needed. There is plenty of room to work remotely at the dining room table or the kitchen counter w/WiFi!!! Guests will be provided the access code prior to arrival. We are a few hours drive away but available by phone/text. We strive to be very responsive to our guests. We want you to feel at home! Cape May is the perfect destination for a classic beach vacation or a weekend getaway. This historic town, with its tree-lined streets and Victorian cottages, is full of nostalgic charm. Some of our favorite attractions include the outdoor shops @ Washington St Mall, local wineries, and micro-breweries. Be sure to visit sunset beach, the Cape May Lighthouse, and Cape May Zoo. Cape May offers great outdoor restaurants & "happy hour" spots to relax and unwind! Most everything is within walking distance like the local grocery store (reusable grocery bags in back hallway), shops and eateries! WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY - JUNE THRU EARLY SEPTEMBER We DO NOT provide Sheets, Pillow Cases or Towels!!! There are pillows and blankets as well as extras of each. Ductless AC in each bedroom. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, beach tags are required. We will provide 6 tags for your use. Please be sure to place them back in the dish on the counter next to the toaster prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in paying the replacement cost for each tag missing along with a service fee to have replaced. We also rent a beach box (during summer months) that you will have access to use during your stay (locked provided). Keep your chairs locked away for the week instead of lugging back and forth! We will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and trash bags upon arrival but you may need to purchase additional items. While we are a pet friendly home, it is crucial that you follow a few simple rules. 1. AT NO TIME ARE DOGS ALLOWED ON THE BEDS OR FURNITURE! Be considerate of other guests who may have allergies or not want dog hair on the bed. 2. Please clean up after your dog should they defecate in the backyard. We do not want people/dogs to step in and track through the house or other dogs to eat and become sick. There are poop bags near the back door or in the drawer near the toaster. The fee for dogs is an additional cost - $30/night for 1 dog & $40/night for 2.
