Lost beach passes are subject to a $100 fee. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the property along with the back deck and one driveway. Please note that the yard is reserved for the unit on the 1st floor of this building and is therefore not accessible by guests. Other things to note Please note this is a 2nd floor townhouse unit so there are stairs to climb. There is a garden-style unit below this one. Guests have access to the driveway, front foyer, rear deck, and entire townhouse but not the rear yard.
