Master bedroom, sunroom, and powder room are also on the main level with rooftop deck access. Second floor features three of the four bedrooms & family room, perfect for the kids to hang out, when the adults relax upstairs! We have a high chair as well as a pack & play available for your use. Large fenced backyard includes patio table and chairs under covered porch & is perfect for yard games. Eight beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart and 10 badges are available for your use.
