This cozy private room is perfectly located right in the town of Summit. We are about a 3-5min walk to the train station that can give you a 38 minute ride right into the heart of NYC! If you prefer to stay local, Summit has a beautiful town where you are able to shop or go to a number of restaurants-all walking distance. We are also a close walk to overlook hospital. The space Please make yourself at home! If needed, we do have a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement (please let of me if you think you will need it (please bring your own detergent/drying sheets). Upstairs, on the second floor you will find the shared bathroom as well as two other rooms. Your cozy, private room will be the one first bedroom on the second floor. It is conveniently right next to the bathroom. The room has a nice sized closet with hangers, as well as a pair of extra hand/face towels and shower towels. We do provide some toiletries, please let me know if you need anything specific. The room also comes with a TV - *please note, this is not a smart TV. I would recommend to bring your own Apple TV/Firestick or connect your computer*. We also have Wifi that you are more than welcome to use. Don’t be shy! Please let us know if you have any other questions. Guest access We have a porch in the front that you are welcome to use or hang out on (hopefully you have nice weather!). The shared bathroom, Living room and kitchen. Please let me know ahead of time if you plan on using the kitchen so I can make sure you give you some cabinet or fridge space. During your stay If you have any questions, you can reach me through my cell or ask anyone that is home, Please don’t be shy 🙂 Other things to note Just a reminder - we have pets in the home ! We have no other parking available. If you do have a car, I would suggest to look into the parking garage in the town of summit, which is walking distance from the house. There is street parking but no over night parking. We are walking distance to Overlook Hospital.
