Around the corner from Yellowstone’s North Gate!

Enjoy the sound of The Yellowstone River, the sights of Yellowstone Park & the surrounding mountains from this beautiful Rental. Located just around the corner from The North Gate of Yellowstone this downstairs unit was lovingly remodeled & decorated to be comfortable, welcoming & stylish. This is a 1,200sq/ft. unit with Private River Access & Outdoor Space with a Dining Set for 4. Due to the steep hill down to the river, we ask children be 10+ years old. You may hear Guests Footsteps Upstairs. The space The Kitchen has a Pantry, Coffee Maker (we include the coffee for you), Toaster, Microwave, Mixing Bowls and cooking and eating utensils. The Living Room has a 55" SmartTV, large comfy couch and oversize chair, you are welcome to use Our Netflix Account if you do not have one. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Both Bedrooms have a window that open to the river. Relax and fall asleep to the sound of the rapids below. In The Fall you can hear The Elk bugling. Located in a nice neighborhood, everything is within walking distance. The house was originally one & with the new remodel, it has been made into two separate rental units, this is the lower. Guest access The private entrance is accessed via our courtyard. Please park on the street and then walk, through the Water House Gate, through the courtyard and down the steps. *If you are just arriving for the first time, please call or text us so we can meet you and show you how to use the keyless entry and show you the rental. **Please be sure to let us know ahead of time if your check in will be after 9pm. Other things to note Please do not leave any food items outside. There is a green Bear Bin under the Homeowners Deck for proper refuse disposal. Please park on the street. There are usually Tenants in the upstairs unit and a Jack Russell (Sir Bentley) on property. Check in is between 4 and 9pm, if you will be later than that please let us know ahead of time.
