Front balcony and patio and pool with courtyard in back. ELEVATOR! The space This property was built circa 1845 and the architecture is stunning...takes you back in time. We offer 5 bedrooms plus a sunroom equipped for sleeping. 4 1/2 baths - some of them ensuite. While the city allows advertising for only 10, we offer many options with 17 beds... Televisions located in every bedroom, living room and kitchen. Speaking of kitchens, the FULLY equipped kitchen located on the spacious open second floor. More than one: coffee maker, toaster, blender, sets of pots and pans, soup pots, etc Costumes, wigs, beads for dressing up, by the way. We can provide restaurant recommendations, activity ideas, caterers for those who want a night in. We are happy to help you plan your stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house. The balcony and patio offer great outdoor space in the front of the house. The pool and courtyard are shared with our gracious neighbors who rarely use the area but have been known to accept an invitation from our guests. Other things to note There is the rare amenity of off-street parking for those who choose to drive.
